Privacy policy

A short note on what data the Atelier Wren demo site processes, why, and for how long. This site was made by BliBling Agency — this is not a real atelier.

1. Who we are

This demo site is run by BliBling Agency (for portfolio and presentations). Privacy questions: web@blibling.com.

2. Demo site

Names, address, phone, hours and couple stories on this site are placeholders (for example [Studio address], hello@example.com). Sending the form or using chat does not form a contract with a real wedding planner.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site has no advertising cookies, analytics, or marketing pixels. The cookie notice is informational.

Essential setting (localStorage in the browser)

Name Type Purpose When it is stored
vencek_cookie_consent localStorage Remembers that you closed the notice. Stores: version, confirmation, time and method (ok, scroll or continue). When you click OK, scroll down, or continue by clicking a link.

The value stays only in your browser until you clear site data. In the footer you can open Cookies and see the notice again.

4. Contact form

When you send the form, we process:

  • Names (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Wedding date (optional)
  • Guest count (optional)
  • Type of help (optional)
  • Message (required)
  • Privacy consent (required)

When and how: on submit, an HTTPS POST goes to contact.php.

Purpose: so the agency can reply to an inquiry about the demo site / web services.

For safety we also log:

  • IP address (limit: at most 8 messages per hour per IP)
  • send time (UTC)

The hidden field company_website is a bot trap. If it is filled, we do not treat the request as real.

Messages go by email (DreamHost SMTP) to web@blibling.com, with your address as Reply-To.

Legal basis: your consent and a legitimate interest in answering the inquiry.

5. AI chat (BlingAI)

If you use chat, we may process:

  • text you write, and chat history in this session
  • images, if you attach them
  • voice transcript, if you use speech (processed in the browser before send)
  • IP address to rate-limit requests (per minute per IP)

When: on every message (HTTPS POST to chat.php).

How a reply is made: content first goes to SpaceXAI (xAI, Grok), or to Google Gemini if that key is not available. Do not put passwords, ID documents, or sensitive health data in chat.

Human handoff: if you ask for a person and leave a contact, a private Google Sheet may store a summary, contact, channel, and source tag (handover.php).

6. Technical data and third parties

Hosting

The site is hosted on DreamHost. The server may log IP, browser, URL and time for security.

Fonts and libraries

The browser may request resources from third parties on load:

  • Google Fonts — typefaces (Cormorant Garamond, Figtree, Pinyon Script)
  • jsDelivr CDN — GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lenis

Those providers may process technical data (for example IP) under their own policies.

What we do not collect on purpose

  • advertising identifiers
  • payment cards (there are no payments)
  • real client wedding files

7. Retention, security and your rights

  • Cookie setting: until you clear browser storage.
  • Form email: in the agency inbox while needed to reply; deleted on request.
  • Chat: history lives mainly in the browser session; AI providers process content to reply. Handoff rows in the Sheet are kept to reply unless you ask for deletion.
  • Rate-limit logs: short-lived technical files on the server.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object. To exercise rights, write to web@blibling.com and include your email and an approximate date.

Placeholder contacts on the first page (for example hello@example.com) are not monitored inboxes.
